Your clients. Your reputation. Your relevance.

Your clients are already using AI. Your competitors are already using AI. The question isn't whether AI matters to your profession — it's whether you'll lead the conversation or get left out of it.
Who This Workshop Is For

Professionals, Ready to Build.

✓   This Is for You
  • You're a consultant, trainer, coach, mentor, or L&D professional
  • You've tried ChatGPT or Claude but haven't figured out how to make it genuinely useful for your practice
  • You spend too many hours on content creation, session prep, client summaries, or admin that AI could handle
  • You'd rather learn from someone who actually runs a practice on AI — not a tech trainer reading slides
  • You want to walk out with a working system, not just inspiration
✗   This Isn't for You
  • You're looking for a generic "AI for beginners" seminar — plenty of those exist
  • You want to learn coding, programming, or developer tools
  • You're after a certificate to hang on the wall — this is about capability, not credentials
  • You're not willing to bring a laptop and build something in the room

Day to Transform Your Workflow

Claude-Led. Platform-Aware.

All hands-on work in the room is built around Claude — the platform we use daily in professional practice for its privacy controls and capability. However, we'll also touch on how Gemini, ChatGPT, and Grok compare, so you leave with a clear view of the landscape and can make informed decisions for your practice — even though every exercise is completed in Claude.

Four Layers, Your Professional Toolkit

The Day.

The day is built in layers. We start with getting Claude set up properly for your practice — your rules, your style, your boundaries. Then we go deeper into how to think and build with AI. After lunch, you build a real website and deploy it live. You leave with tools, templates, and a system you'll use every day.

Layer 01
Set Up Right
  • Get Claude configured for your professional practice
  • Your rules, your communication style, your industry context — installed from the start
  • What to share with AI and what to keep private — practical boundaries, not paranoia
  • Run a real professional task through a proper workflow
9:00am – 10:15am
Layer 02
Think & Build
  • Two modes: Claude as thinking partner, Claude as build engine
  • Set up your workspace, projects, and practice rulebook
  • How to delegate to AI the way you'd delegate to a team member
  • Security hygiene and session management
10:30am – 12:15pm
Layer 03
Build With AI — Hands On
  • You'll build a professional webpage from scratch using Claude — but that's not the point
  • The point is learning the workflow: how to brief AI, shape the output, review it, and deploy it
  • Once you learn this process, you'll use it for everything — proposals, content, client resources, systems
  • Step-by-step, with direct support in a 12-person room
  • 135 minutes of hands-on building
1:00pm – 3:15pm
Layer 04
Your Toolkit + Build Your Own Skill
  • Build your first custom AI skill — for YOUR specific workflow
  • AI tools and templates built for your type of practice handed over
  • Your personal AI action plan for Monday morning
  • Certificate and private community access
3:30pm – 5:00pm
What You'll Walk Away With

Built in the Room. Yours to Keep.

You Build This
A Live Website — And the Skill to Build Anything

Yes, you'll build and deploy a real webpage during the workshop. But what you're actually learning is the workflow — brief, shape, review, deploy. The same process works for proposals, client resources, content pieces, and anything else your practice needs. The website is proof you can do it. The skill is what you keep.

You Build This
Your Professional AI Configuration

Claude set up properly for your practice — your expertise, your communication style, your industry context. Every session you open after today, Claude already knows how you work.

You Build This
Your First Custom Skill

Not one of ours — yours. Built for your specific workflow, by you, in the room. Learn to build skills and you'll never stop building them.

5 Role-Specific AI Skills

What to Expect

  • Small room, real attention.

12 seats maximum. No lecture theatre. You'll get direct, personalised help — not a webinar with 200 strangers.

  • Your profession's tools, not generic prompts.

Every AI skill, template, and configuration is built for YOUR type of practice. Trainers get trainer tools. Coaches get coaching tools. Consultants get consulting tools. Same room, different toolkits.

  • Hands-on from after lunch.

The morning gives you the knowledge and the framework. The afternoon is all building. You will create, test, and deploy something real.

  • Built for professionals, not developers.

No coding. No terminal commands. No jargon. If you can write an email, you can do everything we'll cover.

  • This website was built exclusively with Claude Design.

The website you're reading right now was created using the same tools you'll learn in the workshop — you'll leave knowing how to build something similar yourself.

Hetas Pandya — Facilitator
Your Facilitator
Hetas Pandya
Founder, Comma Advisory

Hetas doesn't teach AI from a tech background — he teaches it from a practice that runs on it.

As the founder of Comma Advisory, he uses Claude daily on real work: business diagnostics, client reports, content systems, engagement letters, and operational workflows. Every system in his practice was built with AI. He's worked out what saves time, what wastes it, and where the real value sits — so you don't have to.

He's not here to impress you with what AI can do. He's here to show you what it can do for your practice, starting Monday.

Common Questions

Straight Answers.

Do I need any AI experience?

Some familiarity with Claude or ChatGPT is helpful but not required. We don't spend the morning on basics — we get you set up properly and move into real work quickly. If you've never used AI at all, reach out before applying and we'll point you to a few things to try first.

Which AI tool do we use?

Claude by Anthropic. We chose it because it has the strongest privacy controls and the most capable professional tools. You'll need a Claude account — we'll help you set one up before the day.

Is this CPD-accredited?

Not currently. The content is designed to meet the substance of continuing professional development in AI governance and practice management. We're exploring accreditation pathways.

Will you cover ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok?

We'll touch on how Gemini, ChatGPT, and Grok compare so you leave with a clear view of the landscape, but all hands-on work is with Claude — the platform we use and trust for professional work.

What do I need to bring?

A laptop with a Claude account (paid plan preferred). We'll send you a setup guide before the day covering exactly what to prepare — including setting up a free Cloudflare account for the website deployment.

What if I can't make it — can I send someone else?

Yes — the seat is transferable to a colleague who meets the application criteria.

What's the refund policy?

If by the end of the day you genuinely feel it didn't deliver, tell us and we'll refund your seat in full. No drama. Tickets are otherwise non-refundable but transferable.

Where and when is it held?

Brisbane, QLD. The exact venue is confirmed when your application is accepted. Apply and we'll let you know the next available date.

Why is it application-only?

Two reasons. We want professionals who'll actually use what they learn — not tyre-kickers looking for a day out of the office. And we cap at 12 so you get real attention, not a lecture. The application ensures the room is right for you — and you're right for the room.

I'm a [specific role] — will this be relevant to me?

If you work with clients, create content, run sessions, or manage projects as part of your professional practice, yes. The core AI skills — setting up Claude properly, building workflows, deploying tools — apply across all knowledge-work professions. Your handover toolkit (skills, custom instructions, templates) is tailored to your type of practice.
